It was started in 1980s as Swastik Cotton Corporation and was founded by the company’s chairman Mr.Rasikbhai Kotecha on the principles of honesty and hard work. J.K.Enterprise is a sister concern of Swastik Cotton Corporation started in 2000 and working in world wide as a cotton Exporter and Importer. Its look after by director Mr. Jignesh Kotecha.

We moved to Exports of Indian Cotton during 2000-01 season and handle all varieties of Indian Cotton for exports. Our main market is China, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Indonesia.
